Lifestyle Living calls on Countrywide

Lifestyle Living calls on CountrywideLuxury residential and holiday park home operator Lifestyle Living Group has appointed a leading estate agency to attract buyers for properties at Redhill Country Park, inWatton, Norfolk.

Abbotts Countrywide will be assisting the Lifestyle Living Group’s bid to reach the over-50s market with its offering of modern homes set in beautifully maintained gardens, miles away from urban life.

‘Tapping into Countrywide’s vast local and national expertise in the property market will be key to the success of our new partnership,’ explained David Macdonald, managing director at Lifestyle Living Group.

‘Like all our sites, Redhill Country Park has a wonderful, friendly feel to it. Residents thrive on the sense of community, coupled with tranquility and a pleasant way of life. We need to reach more people who are looking to make their retirement special and I am certain Countrywide can help us do so.’

The part-exchange scheme enables new park home-buyers to attain 100 per cent of the market value of their property from Lifestyle Living, leaving them free to move straight into their new residential park home.

Janette Etheridge, branch manager for Abbotts Countrywide, in High Street, Watton, added, ‘We are delighted to be instructed by the Lifestyle Living Group.

‘Redhill Park provides an excellent opportunity for luxury single storey living at a very reasonable cost and in a delightful countryside location.
‘With the benefit of Lifestyle Living’s helpful part-exchange scheme this really is an excellent prospect for many retirees to enjoy a lovely new home, combined with cash in hand for holidays or investment.’

The Lifestyle Living Group unveiled a £10million pound investment plan when it came under new family ownership in May this year. Improvements will be made at the Peterborough-based group’s eight residential and holiday parks over the next three years. Carlton Meres, Haveringland Hall, Redhill, Flagship Country Park, Uphill Park, Lakeland View, Carlton Manor and Silecroft Holiday Park will all benefit from the extensive improvement programme.
