Coronation Street star unveils new look Villa

Coronation Street star unveils new look VillaJimmi Harkishin, who stars as shop keeper Dev in the long-running TV soap Coronation Street, wowed the crowds at a special launch event for the new Tingdene Villa in April.
One lucky couple won the opportunity to join Jimmi in officially launching the Villa. Lynne and Graham, from Staffordshire, were thrilled with their experience and along with Jimmi were the first to view the new home.

Jimmi loved the new Villa and spent quite some time viewing the home and discussing the finer details of the model with Sue Hollingshead, from Tingdene’s marketing team. Jimmi was keen to view the other models on display at Tingdene’s visitor centre after spending time with customers and signing autographs.

The new Villa is stylish, well built to a high specification and has a layout that will suit most park home plots. Results from a poll of visitors at the event showed that 85 per cent said how good the build and specification was in this new home.

.

On a park site this home will sell for anything between £100,000 to £150,000, depending on the location, which offers tremendous value for a home that has such a superb specification.

With park operators from around the UK in attendance, visitors to the Tingdene centre were able to find out the latest about plot availability and park developments, go on guided factory tours and view the very latest park home designs.

The Villa is now available for everybody to view at Tingdene’s visitor centre in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. For more details, visit www.tingdene.co.uk or telephone 01933 230 130.
