New lodge development in Weston

New lodge development in WestonA brand new development of luxury, residential lodges has been unveiled at Kewstoke Retreat, in Weston-super-Mare. The Avon-based park opened with five stunning pitches; all with south facing decking, set in a landscaped exclusive private estate.

The park boasts a great location close to the local village with regular buses to the town centre and sea front via a delightful coastal toll road too. Kewstoke is also just a short walk to Sandbay beach, a unique, untouched beauty spot with miles of sandy beaches and acres of unspoiled farm land, overlooking the Bristol channel. Despite its idyllic setting, the park is also easily accessed, being only three miles from junction 21 of the M5.

Newly designed Pemberton Rivendale lodges are available to view at the park. The 40ft x 20 lodges have an asymmetric layout, giving the exterior a distinctive appearance and the interior a discernible functionality. The living area is wide and open with floor to ceiling windows and optimised ceiling heights that allow light to pour in and give the whole home a sense of space. The furniture is solid oak which is in-keeping with the beams. The furnishings are an eclectic mix, which extend through to the adjoining multi-purpose snug that can be used as an additional bedroom, an office or a relaxing space away from the main lounge and kitchen/diner.

The dining area is an integral part of the kitchen with essential room around the glass top table and extra dining chairs in the bedrooms. The high quality kitchen is sleek and exudes character with its bold splashback, American style fridge freezer and generous kitchen island.

Optional surround sound, side tables and table lamps and a luxurious wool rug are just some of the options that have been carefully selected to enhance this home. With four patio doors around the Rivendale there are many opportunities to bring the outside in. One of these leads into the master bedroom which is stylish and opulent with the deep buttoned headboard and full length curtains. There is a section of closet space on either wall between the main bedroom and the en-suite to provide extensive storage. The en-suite has a well-proportioned shower and is tastefully furnished in dark wood with a co-ordinating roman blind.

The second bedroom has the option of either twin beds or a double divan and has been given the same stylish furnishing treatment as the master bedroom with an elegant pendant light above the bed and sumptuous cushions and throws.
