New Essex park

AugnewsholessexCountry Homes’ lodges available from just £120,000 at stunning park in Thorpe-le-Soken.

The Dream Lodge Group (DLG) is expanding the company’s park portfolio with a new site in Essex, Elm Farm Country Park, in Thorpe-le-Soken, joining the established Seaview in Mersea. Following strong sales in this financial year, the lodge company, which already boasts nine locations in the UK, is moving further into the South- East in response to the demand they are seeing in the secondhome and holiday lodge sector.

Jim Gandon, DLG’s Sales and Marketing Director, said, ‘Moving into Essex is a strategic business move for us. There is clear demand for park sites here, as they offer affordable, flexible accommodation in an expensive property market.

‘Families will be able to purchase holiday homes at Elm Farm Country Park from just £120,000. At Seaview, holiday homes start from £99,000.

‘We have seen strong sales throughout our parks and because we offer such a diverse range of lodges, there is something that suits every buyer.’

The lodges on Elm Farm Country Park and Seaview, manufactured by Country Homes, are finished to the highest industry standard, which now compares to new build specification.

A wide range of lodge specifications is available, including the option for a selfdesign approach, where buyers can participate in the design of their home from the initial stages.

Situated near the coast, the new parks offer homes in peaceful seaside settings with unspoilt scenery and boundless opportunities for outdoor pursuits. Both parks are close to a host of attractions, and there are great opportunities for water sports activities.

Elm Farm is a 22 acre park located in Thorpe-le-Soken, a small village four miles from the coast of Frinton-on-Sea famed for its pretty seaside town and clean sandy beaches. The park benefits from an array of sporting activities, Victorian style beach huts, a marina and plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The area boasts a busy events calendar throughout the year with entertainment for all ages, and is close to the Lifehouse Spa & Hotel.

Seaview, in Mersea, is set in 30 acres of landscaped wooded parkland where it meets the sandy shores of the Blackwater Estuary in Essex. The park land runs all the way down to the water’s edge.
