New Willerby Granada

julynewswillerbyThe Granada name has returned to Willerby portfolio, with an all-new line-up of five holiday caravans. With prices from £24,305, these new models boast a large open-plan living area at the front, with free-standing furniture and access to the dining area and kitchen. At the rear there’s the option of two or three bedrooms depending on which model you opt for.

The smallest model, with the price mentioned above, measures 30ft x 12 and has two bedrooms. Then, there’s a 33ft x 12 two-bedroom Granada, costing £27,474. Moving up in size, the 35ft x 12 home offers two bedrooms and costs £27,915. Topping off the range are two 35ft x 12 models, one with two bedrooms and one with three.

The prices for these are £28,621 and £29,985 respectively. Be aware that the final sited home prices may be higher, depending on which park you locate your home at.

The front design and layout of the homes in the Granada range varies, depending on which size you opt for, with the smaller models offering bay windows at the front. However, for the 35ft and 38ft long models, customers can opt for Outlook French doors at the front, which would ideally open out onto a large area of decking or patio.
