Should park home residents have to pay monthly council tax as well as plot fees?

Charity binge

PHCholnews1Established holiday park operator, Shorefield Holidays, showed its support to the local community by recently hosting a charity quiz night at one of its Hampshire-based parks. The event, at Shorefield Country Park, raised £425 – half of which is donated to the company’s chosen charity, Naomi House, with the other half to a charity chosen by the winning team.

The winning team in the quiz were ‘The Binge Thinkers’, who chose Oakhaven Hospice as their nominated charity. The rest of the money went to Naomi House & Jacksplace, who provide expert hospice care to more than 440 life-limited and life-threatened children, young people and their extended families from Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire, West Sussex, Surrey and the Isle of Wight.
