New Model Review: The Aspire Modena

One of the most stunning models to grace the luxury lodge marketplace in recent years, we uncover the jaw-dropping Modena from Aspire

With a team on board renowned for their experience and design excellence, Aspire was always set to dazzle in the design stakes, and the Modena is a perfect showcase for their talents.

The concept

From Canada to Europe, Aspire makes an inter-continental journey to introduce The Modena. Lonely Planet eulogise over this beautiful part of Italy - proffering “if Italy were a meal, Modena would be the main course”. Modena is justifiably proud to be the home of the Ferrari museum. Ferrari’s core values of ‘technological advancement, team spirit and client focus’, mirror Aspire’s own stated ethos; attention to detail, innovation and customer satisfaction. Just like Enzo Ferrari’s cars; the magnificent Modena’s beautifully crafted sharp edges and clean lines on the exterior are reflected internally - not only in the layout but also in the choice of finishes.

Feature-rich lodge

This trendy home is packed with stylish features and eye-catching detail at every turn. There are almost too many features to mention so we’ve had to abridge them slightly here, so you’ll no doubt be delighted to find more when you view it for yourself!

Like the City of Modena famed for its architectural buildings; the Modena draws on architectural principles to captivate, with its split roof line and inverted dormers creating grand vaulted spaces supported by exposed hand finished timber beams. While that’s quite a feat of engineering, it reaps rewards inside, where the lodge has a truly grand and expansive feel, with a Ridge height library style entryway bookcase at the end of that entry hall.
